We act as consultants and facilitators. We do not guarantee visa approval, as the final decision rests solely with the respective government immigration authorities. Our role is to provide expert guidance to maximize your chances of a successful application.

Our services are available to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. Minors may use our services only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.

By engaging our services, you represent and warrant that: (a) you are at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent; (b) all information you provide to us is accurate, complete, and truthful; (c) you have the legal right to apply for the visa or immigration benefit you are seeking.

As a client of Credence Visa Consultancy, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information and documentation • Promptly respond to requests for additional information or documents • Notify us immediately of any changes to your personal circumstances that may affect your application • Not misrepresent any facts or submit fraudulent documents • Comply with all applicable immigration laws and regulations • Pay all agreed fees in a timely manner • Attend scheduled appointments and interviews as required

Failure to meet these obligations may result in termination of our services and may jeopardize your visa application. Credence Visa Consultancy shall not be liable for any adverse outcomes resulting from your failure to comply with these obligations.

Our consultancy fees are discussed and agreed upon at the time of engagement. All fees are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified.

Payment Terms: • A non-refundable registration/consultation fee is payable at the time of initial engagement • Service fees are payable as per the agreed payment schedule • Government fees, visa application fees, and third-party charges are separate from our consultancy fees and are the client's responsibility • All payments must be made through approved payment methods as communicated by our team

Refund Policy: • Registration and consultation fees are non-refundable • Service fees may be partially refunded at our discretion if services have not been rendered • No refund will be provided for visa rejections, as our fees cover consultancy services, not visa outcomes • Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 7 days of the triggering event

We treat all client information with strict confidentiality. Your personal data, documents, and application details will only be used for the purpose of providing our services and will not be shared with unauthorized third parties.

We may share your information with: (a) relevant government authorities and embassies as required for your application; (b) our authorized partner institutions and service providers; (c) as required by law or court order.
