Visa Application Process

Work Rights on UK Student Visa

  • 20 hours per week during term time
  • Full-time during official vacations
  • Work placement as part of your course (if stated on CAS)
  • Cannot be self-employed or run a business
  • Cannot work as a professional sportsperson or entertainer
